Mark has over 25 years of experience in cost segregation studies for new construction projects, purchase price allocations, 1031 exchanges, and look back studies including Section 263(a) repair vs. capitalization review tangible property studies and fixed asset disposal studies (Section 168). His experience also includes insurance valuation and tangible asset appraisals. Mark began Gladstone in 2015, and helps clients to defer tax payments and maximize their cash flow. Prior to that he was with a regional accounting firm for over 10 years and with American Appraisal Associates as a Cost Segregation Consultant for almost 7 years.
